Nuevo disco de Marah el 22 de junio

"Live is a problem". El anterior no me gustó demasiado, a ver qué tal con éste. En la web pone lo siguiente:

On June 22nd, Marah will release “Life is a Problem”, a brand new studio album that we think you’re gonna love. It will be the first release for the band’s new label Valley Farm Songs and marks the beginning of a new chapter for all of us, one that promises extensive international touring and a much accelerated means of bringing new music into the world. ‘bout time perhaps.

Our aim is to reach Marah fans old and new with new music and exciting live rock n roll. This year will see some new band members. This year will find our band thrashing and changing until absolutely everything fits, moving into the future with great positivity and purpose.

Walmart will not be selling “Life is a Problem”, neither will Starbucks Coffee Shops… “good”, “who cares?” Walmart is not our place….never was….our place is different, it’s better. La verdad que casi no se puede considerar un disco de Marah sino más bien de Dave Bielanko en solitario. Es muy inferior a todo lo que han grabado anteriormente pero tiene buenas canciones aunque se echa en falta muchísimo a Serge Bielanko. Por cierto Julen, "Angels Of Destruction" me pareció un disco buenísimo, quizás algo falto de frescura pero muy elaborado y con algunas composiciones excelentes aunque me temo que no acabó de cuajar entre los fans.

Me autoquote para rectificarme, el disco es cojonudo. No entra a la primera, ni a la segunda, es muy oscuro, triste y tiene un sonido extraño pero tiene algo que lo hace irresistible, quizás simplemente es que las canciones son muy buenas. No supera a sus anteriores discos pero tampoco se queda muy atrás. Ganas de verlos aunque sea sin Serge.........
