PEO - COULD THIS BE LOVE? (Look What I've Started)

Vaya pedazo de disco la verdad, contiene algunas canciones de rock melódico impresionante, con unos coros y melodías elegantes al máximo. Discazo, y éste un temazo.

Para nadigua me parece un discazón el del pedorro este...Algún que otro buen temigua de AOR escandi-americanizado (como "Two strong arms") pero kilos de pajigua para tacharle de clásico tal como está considerado...

Bueno al menos se pude hablar de algo de AOR en el foriguo...

Por supues, AOR forever, a mí el disco me parece genial si bien las últimas canciones me sobran un poco, pero las 12 primeras o por ahi (hablo de memoria), me parecen bastante chulas, la de Dont you ever leave me now es muy buena también.

"Cocktel de muelas" Lord, tu te refieres a la reedición que sacó MTM con bonus, que bien se las podrían haber ahorrado "ING directmente"...

Sip, la reedición de 2005 creo, que venía con unos cuantos temas más, el disco original que creo que es del 95 no sé cuantos temas tendría, me imagino que unos 13 ó 14. Así habría quedado mejor el disco.

"The Peo & Rod West project...

Two thirds of the way from Stockholm to Gothenburg in Sweden is the area where Peo grew up and still lives. Able to play a variety of instruments Guitar,Bass,Keyboards,Drums,Harmonica and Mandolin as well as being a great singer and Vocal teacher, programmer, arranger and producer. Music has been part of Peo's life for many years. Surrounded by beautiful Swedish countryside and a musical family Peo graduated to his own recording studio at the age of 15 located in an old fort.

Since that time, he has been through the gamut of musical styles and influences. Writing for and recording a number of Scandinavian artists. He has also made a number of international tours working with Swedish bands. His first solo album "Look what I've started" received a number of good reviews from European and Japanese Music Industry magazines, outpolling a number of well known established artists in magazine reviewer charts.


Rod West hails from Sydney Australia-city of the 2000 Olympics,INXS,Jimmy Barnes and Midnight Oil to name but a few. He has been writing songs for many years with influences ranging from the Beatles,Simon&Garfunkel and other acoustic based folk rock groups to modern pop balladeers to numerous to mention. All of these influences have melded together to form his own style where melody and lyrics always remain important.

After a few years in the Sydney Folk Rock scene with his band Copernicus, Rod retired to write songs. He wrote and produced material for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation´s Television Education Department for a few years. The need to make real money saw him switch careers and take up administration positions with Australia´s major telecommunications company.

Rod met Peo in 1989 in Australia, at that time Peo was on tour with the band Leviticus, and later that year Rod went to Sweden where the songwriting partnership and friendship was formed. Since then he has travelled to Sweden almost every summer to write songs and produce some more studio sessions with Peo. Rod and Peo want to write songs that communicate issues as well as feelings and stories of life and relationships".

Estoy con Jarriguo, unos pocos temazones y el resto pajigua. EN general me aburrio bastante... a los pocos meses al olvido

Rcuerdo que cuando me lo dejó un colega flipé chungamente,llegué a pensar que yo y el AOR estábamos reñidos pues el disco venía precedido de unas críticas tremendas y a mí salvo unos pocos temas no me gustó gran cosa,no como para gastarme la pasta en él
